Panakeia has announced the launch of the PANProfiler Colorectal (MSI/MMR), an AI-driven software solution that was designed to determine MSI/dMMR status from H&E-stained images of colon cancer tissue samples from patients, to accelerate the diagnosis process and empower pathologists and oncologists to make treatment decisions. The company states the platform can profile biomarkers in over thirty cancer types for patient screening and clinical trials.
